Timekeeping Administration:
Religiously support the HR department in all aspects relating to Daily Time Record (DTR) submission and reporting.
Process and check timekeeping data and timekeeping forms of office-based employees (both direct and agency-based).
Collect all daily time records and their supporting documents from employees.
Submit duly summarized and checked Daily Time Record to partner agencies for payroll processing.
Prepare payment summaries for accounting processing.
Rectify issues that may arise from employee timekeeping records and documents and make necessary adjustments.
Ensure on-time submission of reports to other departments or whenever required.
Master the functionality of the office-based timekeeping system and process flow.
Benefits Administration:
Administer all company-initiated and government-mandated benefits.
Ensure timely submission of government remittances and regularly check online postings of remittances on employee records.
Liaise with employees' applications for loans and reimbursement requests.
In-charge of the company’s Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) and Life Insurance administration.
Ensure timely updates and enrollment of employees into the benefits system, as well as deletion of resigned staff.
Timely renewal of HMO and Life Insurance policies.
Update employee records for benefit entitlement.
Address employee concerns pertaining to all employee benefits.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Relevant work experience may substitute for formal education.
2. 2+ years of experience in HR administration, timekeeping, or a related field is desirable.
3. Familiarity with timekeeping systems, HRIS software, and relevant labor laws and regulations.
4. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
5. Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in timekeeping records and HR documentation.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with employees, managers, and HR team members effectively.
7. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve timekeeping and attendance-related issues.
9. Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software applications.
10. Capable of collaborating effectively in a team-oriented environment.
